ServSafe Class & Exam Refund Policy
Once your ServSafe access code for the course and exam has been emailed to you and you have accessed the class, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because each access code is unique, activated upon first use, and cannot be reassigned once opened.
However, we understand that schedules can change.
👍 We are happy to reschedule your class at no additional cost.
Simply contact us, and we will gladly assist you with selecting a new date.
